The Oxen Corporation Headquaters
The home of the ruthless Oxen Corporation, it houses a gym, training halls, research facility, artillery rooms and a large garage. Twenty four hour surveillance means no one gets in or out without them knowing.
Guardian General Hospital
Located off the main street, Guardian General is the largest hospital on the continent specializing in Hematology and Trauma. Help can always be found in the Emergency Department as it is a teaching hospital that works in conjunction with the Oxen Corporation.
Coopers Den
A refurbished tavern, you will find many of the Oxen Corporations outstanding men and women relaxing here after their shifts. There is always a hearty banter over the pool tables as local beer flows from the taps. A cosy nook in the built up city run by the legendary Cooper (NPC).
Hollows Place
The residential area of Arcane where high rise apartments meet the suburbs to provide housing to the citizens. People can sleep safe knowing that even here, the streets are guarded.
Arcane Docks
The cranes and miles of containers are a prominent feature of the Arcane skyline. Large transport ships come and go between Arcane and Relinquo Cove often leaving empty containers in the docks. The Oxen Corporation can often be seen collecting various crates filled with parts and supplies for their ongoing military operations.
The Delphian Abandoned Subway Station
Once a family-friendly park, the area is now off-limits to the public as a sinkhole swallowed the playground, revealing an abandoned subway platform. The Delphian Subway Station was once the brainchild of a mayor who mysteriously died. With his death, the funding for the project was pulled, and the station and its tunnels were left to be absorbed by the earth. Its recent discovery has opened new possibilities for the city, but while engineers determine whether the tunnels are salvageable, they remain abandoned and unstable.
Saints Stand
All Saints Cathedral
The oldest building in Otara Mortus, Saints Cathedral stands out against the modern skyscrapers in its background. Under current renovation the scaffolding outside does not hinder its parishioners from appearing every Sunday.
Sin Strip
During the day, the seedy centre of Saints Stand is dormant. People go about their ordinary, mundane lives; they work, eat, and shop. But once night falls, The Strip comes alive. Casinos, bars, speakeasies and notorious Strip Clubs give the strip its name. In the shadow of the Cathedral, temptation and sin lurk behind every corner, and you never know what trouble you may find if you're not careful.
New Hope Clinic
Saint's City public finally has access to free public health care. The clinic specialises in medical treatments such as blood disorders, infections and general illnesses, although they are known for never refusing a patient in need. Because of the clinic's anonymity clause in which they don't ask the patients for any form of ID, it had been known to attract a shadier crowd. Still, the clinic's manager, Entraprenur Cassandra Blake, claims that anyone seeking help will find it at New Hope Clinic.
St Eugenes Block
This tall brick highrise with views of the river has been recently gentrified. Although the exterior looks almost identical, new reflective windows have been installed. Security into the building is state of the art. The new landlord has selected only a trusted few to reside in the building, with the new tenants making up the bottom two-thirds of the building. The top levels of the building are strictly off-limits as they are home to the landlord Cassandra Blake. However, the residents don't seem to mind as they enjoy the amenities the building offers, like the new basement gym with sauna, high-speed internet and security only matched by the Oxen Corporation. St Judes/The Con
There is an old converted school in the middle of Saint's, close to the industrial district. The building was once a school for unruly teens but was converted into a house in recent years. The original owners did not stay there long, claiming the plot was haunted. They fled and left the place empty. The Kostas pack now claim this building as their home, seeking protection and alliance with the vampires, hiding in plain sight from their common enemy.
The Hide
The hide is an old disused warehouse that Coran Valencie and his men turned into a field hospital during OX Corp's second period of eradication. Over the years, The Hide has developed into a stronghold for Coran's resistance. It not only contains a hospital but offices for the higher ranking soldiers and laboratory/testing facilities. If you want to stand against Ox Corp, this is where you should be.
Relinquo Cove
The Pier
A popular attraction spot, the Pier is not only home to some of the luxury boats but also Art Gallery's, Museums and a boardwalk where local musicians perform daily. The many restaurants and eatery's make this area a perfect family spot.
The All Fun Funfair
Located right beside the beach is the popular tourist attraction, The All Fun Funfair. Its attractions include the Dizzying Heights Roller Coaster, the only wooden roller coaster of its kind in Otara Mortus, and all the usual family favorites. Come on down, grab a hot dog, and enjoy some thrills at The All Fun Funfair.

Cove Beach
A long strip of golden sand greets the Onda Ocean at Cove Beach. Sun worshippers and surfers folk to the beach all year round as well as scuba divers who wish to explore the caves that have been created in the cliffs. It is the perfect family day out with food vendors, stalls, and merchants dotted along the sand.
Cliffside Mall
Above the beach is the popular Cliffside Mall. With designer brands, an upscale restaurant with great views of the ocean, and free parking, it's a great place to spend the afternoon and your money.
The Otara Mortus Natural History Museum
Sometimes described as ‘a museum of a museum’, it houses a wide-ranging and comprehensive zoological collection of more than 10,000 exhibits. Visitors can explore mammals, birds, fish, and insects, as well as mammals from around the world. Admission is free. Highlights include imposing skeletons of Lycan specimens that have been found or donated to the Museum by the Oxen Corporation.
Soul Supplies
Nestled along a busy street is a little blue wooden door with a simple sign that reads "Soul Supplies". In the store windows, you will see crystals and gemstones of all sizes, rows of dried herbs and all manner of natural medicinal remedies. To the human eye, it is mundane, but to those that seek to find, a simple riddle answered will open the door of possibility.
Sevari Sands
Oxen Corporation Division 2
A remote military compound situated far out beyond any civilization within the Sevari Sands. Wire fences surround the perimeter of one of the largest facility's run by the Oxen Corporation. The circumference of this installation spans for miles, housing the most confidential of Military Intelligence as well as some of the Oxen Corporation best kept secrets. Division 2 as it is called, is used as the boot camp to train new cadets and house important files and documents.
Oxen Corporations Storage Facility
A large warehouse located a couple of miles away from Division 2. It is believed to be the home to Ox Corp's larger arsenal of weapons as well as some secret projects that they want kept out of the public eye. Only personal with the highest clearance may enter and it is as highly guarded as the Camp itself.
Oxen Corporation Ordnance Range
A designated area for the testing of explosive devices and munitions. It is fenced off with many warnings not to enter the area if sounds of gunfire and explosions aren't enough to deter trespassers.
Ruins of Aurulant
Once a thriving abode to the Reign family, it was abandoned and now all that remains are is an empty shell of a building that is slowly eroding. It is reported that ghosts dressed as soldiers haunt the ruins but most agree those people have had too much sun.
The Empty Expanse
A large plain of nothing but sand as far as the eye can see. There is very little flora and virtually no fauna to speak of. To enter unprepared is surely a death sentence.
The Salt Flats
It’s the legacy of a prehistoric lake that went dry, leaving behind a desertlike landscape of bright-white salt, rock formations, and cacti-studded islands
