Appearance

Madeline still has many of her baby features like chubby cheeks and babyface. Her big brown eyes are deep-set into her face and her rich complexion is an indication of her mixed-race heritage. Her hair hang in tight curls that are kept immaculate with tender love and care. She rarely wears dresses and despite the curls and big eyes, she is a tomboy at heart. loving to play in mud which makes keeping those curls even harder.

Madeline is a truly joyful child to be around. The only time she would be found to be crying is when she has hurt herself or when she is overtired. She is a friendly and social child with a very inquisitive nature that is always getting her into mischief but she is the type of child that you just cannot stay mad at.

History

Madeline's mother fell pregnant at 23 with a boyfriend whom she had been seeing for about a year. They tried to make it work between them but the relationship ended before Madeline was born and Maxine ended up raising her as a single mother. Although it was difficult, Madeline was none the wiser as she loved and never wanted for anything. The lack of a father figure went unnoticed especially when the person she now refers to as Mum-Mar came into her life.

Life was good for the five-year-old. Her mother was engaged to Mum-Mar and got a new job with Ox Corp. Madeline was due to start " big girl school " and was excited to make friends. Unfortunately, her whole life was turned upside down when her mother was suddenly murdered. Of course, as far as Madeline is concerned her mother got sick and died but it didn't make the pain any less.

Fortunately, despite Amaria having no claim to her, she took Madeline as her own. They went to stay with some friends in the woods where they have remained ever since.
