Appearance:
Aubry is taller than the average person at 6'2" with a slender muscular build. He has a chiselled athletic body type with a dark complexion and ice-blue eyes. Usually, he wears his hair quite short in the summer months and often grows is slightly longer in the winter as protection against the cold.
Being a spiritual person, Auberon is never seen without his various pendants, charms and crystal necklaces and bracelets. These are usually adorned by chord or leather in place of metals, being a personal preference but also as some metals can have different side effects on his magic practises.
Taking great care in his appearance, Aubry has often been confused with a man of homosexual relations as he is always well-groomed and dressed in the finest clothing. This usually consists of formal and casual wear which is always comfortably worn.

Aubry wears many necklaces and bracelets, but there are three that he is never seen without. One is a Tibetan Rudraksha Prayer Necklace. This necklace was given to him by his mother when he was just a boy. It is for protection and keeps him grounded.

The other is an Angel Caller charm which was his others. Though he didn't truly know what it was represented, she would always tell him that it kept the Angels Close so the Devil couldn't get her. Since her passing, he wears it always.

The 14th Seal of Solomon, given to him by Gwyneth Harmon at their first meeting tobring protection and weakens enemies attacks.

Personality:
Aubry is an observer. Often he will sit back and watch a situation unfold from his own vantage point and rarely has an input unless it involves him directly, or if he is asked. In this way, he is often seen as a dark and broody man. However, quite to the contrary, Aubry is outspoken and friendly and will approach a stranger to make conversation in passing or for extended periods of time. He is polite and well-mannered showing a great intellect in many interests.
Having a cheery disposition, Aubry takes great pride in his sense of humour and positive outlook in life.

History:
Sally, Aubry's mother, was born of Hispanic descent in Puerto Rico to a Hispanic mother and African American father. Her family was a practising coven of witches which delved into the Dark Magic and as Sally grew older, she learned the real ways in which they drew their magic. The ancestral pool of the Miles family was long and deep, and the witches and Warlocks drew their power from it. But in this way, their ancestors could never truly rest.
Sally moved to draw her power from the land instead and was chastised by her father. She was punished for her insubordination and when she contested him, he mutilated her face and filled her with his seed.
Filled with rage and fueled by vengeance, Sally invoked the demonic forces of her demon lineage and invoked the power of The High Demon Asmodeus. He filled her with him and using the height of his power, she killed her father.
But a demon is not without their own wants and as a result, Asmodeus took her in his bed and filled her belly with a child.
Sally left Peurto Rico with a large belly and made a home in England, as far away as she could.

Carson was born a Hispanic American in Liverpool, England. His mother was a human witch and he never knew his father. Sally spoke of his father sparingly and to Carson, he has become a man of mystery.
As a young boy, Carson lived a normal and mundane life. He attended an all-boys school and doted on his single mother. As a result, he grew to dutifully respect women, perhaps it is these reasons that he is often very in touch with his feminine side.
Being an inquisitive young child, Carson found himself in many situations that involved adults. He rarely hung around children his own age, preferably to hang around his mother's friends as he found them more interesting. He would dive headfirst into their conversations about life and politics which lead him to mature fast. When he did make some friends of his own, they would often come to him for advise and turn to him as their confidant.
Sally kept Carson away from the magic within himself by hiring the Local High Warlock to confine her son's powers within his body and fog any memories that might be associated with them. Because of this, Carson had had no practice of his powers until he was 20 years old when his mother passed in a car accident.
Her death left him alone and as a result, his powers slowly started to rise, unencumbered. The high Warlock sought Carson and showed him the ways in which his mother had kept contained and Carson chose to follow in the intended footsteps of his mother and draw his power form the Pool of Nature.
In this way he remains very grounded and can only draw powers from the natural sources around him, often using the earthen ground as a stabilising force.
During his coming of Age Ceremony, which was held almost ten years after the traditional time, Carson was given his warlock name - Auberon, meaning Noble Bear, and he chose the last name of Drake, not for any reason other than he enjoyed the way it sounded. This was also when Mahlah was conjured, as part of the right of passage he had chosen her from a pet store and was instructed by the High Warlock to perform a spell upon her which would bind her to him.
Now at the age of 27 he has moved to Arcane, ready and eager to explore the world.
Aubry has yet to learn how to instinctively conjure his demonic magic from within himself and as yet, is completely unaware that it exists.
