Allison's father is unknown to her, but she knows who her mother is despite growing up in the foster care system.

Clothes: Lowrise jeans, sportswear, and tank tops are her go to's. Her go-to style is anything comfortable, and she isn't afraid to get dirty.

Personalities
Ally's personality has often been accused of being bi-polar, at least that's what the doctors tried to diagnose her as a child. On the one hand, she is mischievous, funny and passionate about the things she enjoys. Unfortunately, the things she enjoys include killing, weapon-making and anything with an engine.

She considers herself a genius, an evil genius perhaps but a genius nonetheless. There isn't a weapon she hasn't been able to figure out or build and nothing she hasn't been able to fix. It's given her a sense of confidence and fearless that someone of her size and stature shouldn't naturally possess.

She seems to lack what would be considered a "normal" moral compass or even a conscience. Yet she is capable of loyalty and even friendship when it benefits her. But once someone or something has outlived its use, she moves on without a second thought, as though they meant nothing to her. She can also come across as overly or harshly blunt in some things she says without regard for the other person's feelings because there is none.

She's always felt different, and she embraced it. She revels in not being "normal" and has found herself more comfortable with the freaks and outcasts from the world. She found a strange kinship with them. Her behaviour wasn't as shocking or judged. She could be herself and be admired for it, whereas ordinary people feared her. She's learned to use both these facts to her advantage.

Abilities

Semi-Immortality: Users of this ability never age, and as a result, they stay young forever or at least never suffer the ravages of ageing. Because of this, the user will always be in their physical prime.

Regenerative Healing Factor: The power to rapidly heal. Wounds and injuries that take weeks to recover heal in days. Cuts, bruises, and light burns heal faster and more seamlessly than average. When recovering from minor to moderate blood loss. Critical wounds such as lost limbs, damaged nerves, and internal organs cannot be healed. Fatally damaged cells, such as by burning, cannot be regenerated, resulting in permanent scarring.

Extrasensory Perception: The power to acquire information beyond the ordinary senses or previous experience.

Intuitive Aptitude: The power to instantly learn and understand the complexity and exactness of organisms, objects, etc., without long-term or special education.

Intuitive Perception: The ability to analyze and instantly comprehend anything perceived. In Ally's case, it works best regarding mechanics and machinery.

Hyper Awareness: She has an increased sense of awareness far above that of an average human. Very few, if any, details miss her notice.

Weapon Manipulation: She can create, manipulate and use any kind of weapon with perfect skill. If it is a weapon or could be improvised as one, she is entirely proficient with it.

Weapons

Carries two 480 Rugers on her person at all times. Small but powerful guns, no one has figured out how someone of her stature manages to fire both guns simultaneously.

She has an arsenal of grenades, homemade bombs, and TNT stashed for her to use whenever the feeling takes her.

Her favourite shotgun is the Remington 870, although she has others when needed. Its use depends on how personal the job is.

It's rumoured that she has a bazooka, but no one has seen any proof or given her a good enough reason to use it yet.

She also has some chemical weapons, such as nerve and tear gas, that she made herself as a teenager in her science class that she's sure are still suitable to use.

Weaknesses

Semi-Immortality: Ally is still vulnerable to everything else that would affect other beings, from disease to mortal wounds.

Extrasensory Perception: Can still forget known information. It has the side effect of becoming obsessed with knowing more of everything.

Intuitive Perception: Can cause mental problems. It may be tremendously unreliable at times, depending on her hyper fixation.

Hyper Awareness: This is not a Sixth Sense.

Weapon Manipulation: Distance, mass, precision, etc., depends upon the knowledge, skill, and strength of Ally and her power's natural limits.

She has an unstable personality.

She may be overpowered by angels and/or holy powers.

History
Ally's life ended almost as quickly as it had started and at the hands of her mother, no less. Her mother turned up hysterical and in pain at the hospital when doctors discovered she was in labour. Her mother refused to believe it was possible despite her labour progressing quickly and painfully. She was only at the hospital an hour or so when Allison Fox was born. Her mother refused to hold " the demon ", and the doctors and nurses hoped that they could get her to calm down with some medication.

Unfortunately, they made the near-fatal mistake of leaving Michelle alone with the baby. For some reason, a nurse felt complied to check on the mother and, to her horror, found the mother trying to suffocate the baby with a pillow. Thankfully, security managed to restrain the madwoman who was ranting and raving about the demon baby, and she was later prosecuted and sent to prison for attempted murder. With no other family to be found, Allison was placed into the foster care system.

Her younger years were somewhat stable. However, it was always odd that terrible tragedies and accidents always seemed to happen to those whose care she was under. However, people began to realize she was different when she started school. Her teachers initially thought she was incredibly gifted, and she was, but her behaviour and interactions with the other children were disturbing. This made her profoundly unpopular and even feared.

As she grew older, her intelligence seemed to know no bounds, but she seemed intent on using her wits to create chaos. Blowing up the science lab, hacking the school computers so that everyone but her failed that year, flooding the bathrooms, the list was long and led to many expulsions and many foster care placements. She eventually grew bored, and by 16 years old, she dropped out of school and ran away from her group home.

Knowing that she didn't fit into normal society, she found a home in Saint's City seedy underground. Stealing, conning and any other means necessary were used to help establish herself. She found she had a proficiency for weapons, and she soon gained a reputation to modify, upgrade or get rid of or even source weapons for the right price. She also seems to be many people's go-to for flipping and modifying cars.

She's accumulated some wealth over the years, but she's never invested it in property or frivolous furniture. She's bought cars and motorbikes, tools for her trade and an assortment of weapons and firearms for her personal use. She still chooses to sleep in her car sometimes, or sometimes she'll decide to splurge and stay in Fog's Motel. She has no friends to speak of, simply acquaintances, and no one really knows much about her except to never renege on a deal with her. They had all heard the rumours of what happened to those who failed to hold up their end of the bargain.
