Creation.
Filipe can manipulate his internal energy, syphoning it to forge objects at will. For example, should he find himself unarmed, he can create a weapon to wield.
By using his own energy he depletes his life force, the larger or more intricate the object the more energy he uses.
The object will only be sustained while he is near, over a prolonged time scale the forged object will disintegrate.

Power Drain
If he can get a physical connection with another creature he can drain the power from them. Absorbing it into himself. The down side of this being that he finds it painful, their energy battling against his once it enters his body. Once melded with his energy he becomes stronger.

Exorcism.
Felipe does not have the power of possession, however he has the twin ability of Exorcism. He can force a demon or a spirit from a body that it possesses. This power is not without risks. Felipe's mind is left open to attack from the opposing spirit, he can sustain drastic internal injuries. Should he lose, he would become vulnerable to possession or death.

Soul Exchange.
Felipe can turn humans into demons. Giving them a small fraction of his demonic energy, infecting them until they eventually become demons. The cost, their souls. He takes their soul from them and absorbs it, boosting his energy.
He has to have permission from the human.

Thought projection.
He can project his thoughts, and his voice into the mind of others.

Speech Control
He can have very short lived power over a humans speech. This is not through possession, more a weak ability of mind control. He can only sustain the power for a minute at the most. The human will still be aware of themselves and what they are doing, yet have no control over the words they speak.
Felipe has to be physically close to the human for this to work, and often leaves him with a headache.

Technopathy- The ability to control and manipulate technology. He can intercept the energy and manipulate it. This takes a great deal of concentration.

Sibling Symbiosis:
Shares a linked power with his siblings. They each draw from the same power source and can use more or less of this power as they need it. However, the energy source affects them all equally, so when one user draws from it, the remaining three feel the effects of it.

Appearance.

Hair- He dyes it blonde from time to time. Naturally auburn. Lighter than the rest of his siblings. Has it medium length.
Complexion- Light skin, blue veins, prominent at times.
Eyes- Blue, Black when using demonic energy.
Height- 6'1ft.
Build- Defined yet slender.
Wings- Made of energy and shadow, black and grey. They appear to be like ash, floating adjacent to him. When extended they span from the backs of his hands, along the arms to connect at the wrist, elbows and back.
Markings- Variety of tattoos, shown in pictures. Some of biblical reference. There is a tattoo of his mother's symbol on his forehead that only shows when demonic power is being used. (All of the siblings have it)
Scars-Scaring upon the knuckles. A few faded upon chest and back.
Piercings- Ears.
Clothing style- Casual, comfortable. Usually carrying a 'Man bag'

Personality.
Felipe does not understand, or acknowledge boundaries. He refused to adhere to social structures, and will do his own thing.
He is an all or nothing kind of guy, Do or die.
He finds it very hard to sit still, and doesn't like to sit around doing nothing. He is always on hyper drive, always needing to be surrounded by energy. The only time he will relax is when he has injuries or has used to much energy.
His hyperactivity causes him to have a few 'nervous' ticks. He will often get a facial twitch, roll his shoulders, crack his neck or be found picking away at the skin of his knuckles. Due to such he will use many 'fidget' aids, having a large collection of fidget spinners, some bladed, like throwing stars.
He builds things when feeling pent up, vehicles, technology etc. He built himself and his siblings each a 4 custom matching motorbikes. Which they later personalized, the skull on his being removed and replaced with a real human skull (Reinforced)

He has no compassion when it comes to the human race. To him they are toys, and at times nothing more then an irritation. He takes pleasure from their pain, finding joy in their torment. He preys upon them without mercy, without guilt.
He has a fondness of hard drug addicts, if you could call it a fondness. He will gravitate to these people. Getting his “Fix” from them. Consuming the blood or flesh of a drugged up human gives him a rush, intoxicates him, more so than doing the drug itself.

He is very close to his siblings. They hold his only loyalty, he does not like to be far from them, feeling drawn to them constantly. As for the rest of the world, well it could burn for all he cares as long as a few tweakers are left over for him to get his fix from.
