Siblings: Elisja Lilitu (Sister), Felisja Lilitu (Sister), Felipe Lilitu (Brother).

Cousins: None known.

Personality:
If you asked his sisters, they would describe him as bland and boring; unsmiling and quiet. But the truth is Elija is a destructive force who learned the bitterness of the world at a young age and is reminded of it every morning when faced with the mirror.
His quiet nature often leads people to misjudge him upon first meeting, but he is a silent observer, learning the art of weakness with precision so he can manipulate even the most cunning of people in the true nature of his being - to create chaos.

Appearance:
Like all of the Lilitu siblings, Elija was born with wings on his demonic form; or was supposed to be. The body part didn't fully form and instead of growing the splendid appendages of the Lilitu line, he was stuck with short stumps covered in disorderly feathers, only appearing when in demon form. However, he recurrently demands his sisters to remove them, resulting in ghastly scars.
The stumps have become a reminder of the disgrace in the deformity he has become of his lineage and it is because of this reason he refrains from transforming into the demon form.
When using his powers of Chaos, Eli's arms excrete a black ichor that covers his hands and drips from the finger tips. It also covers everything he touches. It is sticky and does not wash off in water.

Height: 6'3"
Eye color: Honey brown when not using powers, and when using powers of Chaos the eye becomes vantablack, devoid of any light or life.
Scent: Natural scent is Wet Dog, but he wears various cologne's to cover it.
Body Type: Long and thin with lean ropes of muscle and hair only on his head.
Hair: Black and short.
Facial Hair: Sparse with all but a thin moustache and a five o'clock shadow on the chin.
Clothes: What ever he feels at that time.
Tattoos/ markings: Elija's body is covered with tattoos' however, there are a few to make note of:

One of two marking's located in the center of the forehead is the mark of lilith and is shared by all the Lilitu siblings. The Sygil lays unseen and dormant until their power is being used.
Second marking: Above the left eye he has the inverted cross adjoined to the Chaos Sygil that falls below his eye.
Wings tattooed on the upper back and down the backside of both arms. This pays homage to the wings he should have, but doesn't.
Across his chest he has a tattoo of two women, homage to his sisters.
On closed eyelids are tattooed the words, "DON'T WAKE."
Under the right eye is a black inverted cross.
Elija's body heals so fast it does not scar, however, there are two distinct scars on his back from where he had his sisters tear free the 'wings'.

Chaos Manipulation
Eli has the unique ability to create, shape and manipulate the chaotic forces in the universe, allowing him to manipulate probability or manipulate and even shatter a persons perception of reality. He is able to change, mutate, destroy or otherwise manipulate any weak minded matter, space/time, living beings, organizations or minds and spirits as well as containing it, so it doesn't spread or spreads only on desired way.
For Example: If Eli is walking past a person running, the person might trip and fall, breaking their nose.
Strengths:

Chaos Empowerment: Becomes stronger, faster, more durable, etc. in the presence of Chaos. Thus creating self sustenance of his own doing.
Butterfly Effect: all the different causes and their reactions can have a huge net effect on the whole system. All the causes may be small and completely unrelated to each other in both space and time, yet they can cause many big things in the flow of time which no one can predict. Notable example: a butterfly flapping its wings can cause a hurricane several weeks after.
Probability Manipulation: The probability of an event is influenced by creating chaos, making unlikely things occur more often or instantly and preventing liable events from happening.

Weaknesses:

Chaos Empowerment: When caught in the flux of a powerful Chaos empowerment, Eli's energy stores can be depleted rapidly, resulting in rest needed to recooperate.
Butterfly Effect:
- Cause and/or outcome may be unpredictable.
- Even the users are unable to control the entirety of the system.
- When it begins, there is no way to stop it until it has run its course.

---ABILITIES & WEAKNESSES---

Hereditary Abilities:

Enhanced strength.
Enhanced visual and auditory senses
Enhanced healing - Doesn't scar from mortal wounds.
Sibling Symbiosis: Shares a linked power with his siblings. They each draw from the same power source and can use more or less of this power as they need it. However, the energy source affects them all equally, so when one user draws from it, the remaining three feel the effects of it.
Linked with family through the rune of Nero between his shoulder blades which also channels energy and power to him.
Note: The Rune of Nero works strongest with his Triplet Sisters. He cannot feel his other family members as they are disconnected and have never come into contact.

Personal Abilities:

Elija can suction life from another being by skin to skin contact, using it to sustain himself and heal injuries faster. Using this ability depletes the targets energy stores.
Destablisation: Elija's mere presence creates destabilization in the environment around him, premeditative to his power of Chaos. The primary objective of his existence is to make everything lose a sense of stability or balance.
Chaos adaptation: The ability to adapt quickly to situations that are swiftly changing and might cause strife or discord in others, Elija thrives.

Weaknesses

Gets bored easily in stagnant environments.
His powers don't work as potently on beings with powerful free will or sense of self.
